About Omnispheriomx

An independent blog on real-estate financial literacy

Omnispheriomx was born in Mexico City with a clear goal: to translate the technical language of mortgage loans and the real estate market into simple, verifiable and useful explanations for everyone in Mexico.

We do not sell financial products, we do not operate as a broker and we do not receive commissions for recommending banking institutions. We are an editorial team made up of economic journalists, wealth advisors and open-data specialists publishing guides, comparisons and educational tools.

Our 2026 editorial approach focuses on five topics: budget planning, saving for the down payment, rates and CAT, contract reading, and capital gains by area. Each text is checked against public sources such as CONDUSEF, INFONAVIT, Banxico and SHF and is updated at least once a year.
